The Marketing Manager supports the execution of UCPro’s integrated marketing, communications, and audience engagement strategy in support of professional, executive, and lifelong learning programs. This position contributes to modern marketing efforts across digital channels and supports experimentation with emerging tools and approaches, including AI-enabled content creation, marketing automation, audience analytics, video storytelling, and personalized engagement strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth, Marketing and Engagement, the Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing campaigns, creates digital content, manages audience communications, and supports enrollment and engagement initiatives across a portfolio of non-degree offerings. This role works collaboratively with academic partners, enrollment teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to strengthen awareness, drive learner engagement, and support sustainable portfolio growth.
Education: Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
Work Experience: Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Education: Master’s degree.
Experience: Background in higher education, executive education, lifelong learning, or mission-driven organizations. Supporting integrated digital marketing campaigns and audience engagement strategies. Familiarity with email marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. Creating digital content across formats, including email, video, web, and social media. Familiarity with AI-enabled content tools and emerging marketing technologies. Managing multiple priorities and cross-functional projects.
Pay Range $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 The included pay rate or range represents the University’s good faith estimate of the possible compensation offer for this role at the time of posting.
