Responsibilities

  • Develops, directs, and evaluates the Company’s digital marketing strategy, establishing campaign objectives, target audiences, priorities, performance standards, and recommended resource allocation.
  • Administers the annual marketing plan, Nexstar Marketing Wizard, and Marketing Calendar, setting priorities, deadlines, and resource responsibilities.
  • Develops the proposed annual marketing budget, allocates across channels, monitors ROI, and recommends budget adjustments.
  • Ensures independent prioritization of marketing initiatives and cross-functional coordination for performance improvements.
  • Analyzes marketing, website, lead-generation, and customer-conversion performance using Google Analytics, ServiceTitan, and other tools.
  • Interprets performance results, presents recommendations to leadership on strategy and investment.

Job description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, directing, and evaluating Caccia Home Services’ marketing strategy, brand presence, digital campaigns, and marketing partnerships. The position exercises independent judgment in establishing campaign priorities, allocating marketing resources, evaluating performance, recommending corrective action, and advising leadership on strategies that support profitable growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Marketing Management Duties
  • Develops, directs, and evaluates the Company’s digital marketing strategy, establishing campaign objectives, target audiences, priorities, performance standards, and recommended resource allocation.
  • Develops and administers the Company’s annual marketing plan, Nexstar Marketing Wizard, and Marketing Calendar, independently establishing priorities, deadlines, campaign sequencing, and responsible resources.
  • Develops the proposed annual marketing budget, determines recommended allocation among campaigns and channels, monitors expenditures and return on investment, and independently recommends budget adjustments based on business priorities and performance.
  • Exercises independent judgment in prioritizing marketing initiatives, developing campaign plans, resolving marketing challenges, coordinating cross-functional resources, and recommending changes to leadership based on business needs and performance results.
  • Analyzes marketing, website, lead-generation, and customer-conversion performance using Google Analytics, ServiceTitan, and other reporting tools.
  • Interprets marketing performance results, identifies trends and deficiencies, and presents recommendations to leadership regarding campaign strategy, investment, and corrective action.
  • Independently evaluates PPC, analytics, and digital marketing performance, identifies risks and opportunities, determines appropriate optimization priorities, and recommends changes to campaign strategy, vendor direction, spending, and resource allocation.

Digital Marketing Duties
  • Establishes and directs the Company’s social media, content, and brand storytelling strategy, including editorial priorities, brand standards, platform selection, campaign themes, publication schedules, and performance expectations.
  • Creates or captures content when appropriate while remaining primarily responsible for the strategy, quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the Company’s content.
  • Develops and oversees paid digital advertising strategies across Google Ads, Nextdoor, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Determines campaign objectives, evaluates audience and channel performance, recommends budget adjustments, and directs optimization efforts to improve awareness, traffic, lead quality, and conversion.
  • Develops and oversees the Company’s SEO strategy by evaluating search performance, identifying opportunities, setting priorities, coordinating internal and external resources, and recommending changes to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Establishes the strategy, target audience, messaging, schedule, and performance objectives for newsletters and promotional email campaigns.
  • Reviews campaign results and recommends changes to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Directs the development and implementation of content marketing initiatives and establishes priorities for the Company website content, messaging, functionality, and brand consistency.
  • Directs and evaluates internal and external design resources responsible for customer-facing platforms and independently recommends improvements to the user experience, brand presentation, messaging, and conversion process.
Operational Duties
  • Evaluates, selects, manages, and holds marketing vendors accountable for agreed-upon objectives, budgets, deliverables, and performance standards.
  • Recommends the continuation, modification, or termination of vendor relationships.
  • Determines the objectives, audience, messaging, timing, and performance expectations for mailers and print advertising and coordinates the resources necessary for execution.
  • Establishes objectives and performance expectations for advertising, Adopt-A-Highway, and other brand partnerships, evaluates results, and recommends changes to maximize business value.
  • Establishes brand, messaging, audience, and quality standards for Company promotional materials and directs their development and distribution.
  • Develops promotional materials when specialized judgment or business needs require.

Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of advanced education and professional marketing experience
  • Experience:
    • Required: Three to five years of progressively responsible professional marketing experience involving campaign strategy, digital analytics, paid advertising, brand management, budget responsibility, and vendor oversight.
  • Language Skills: Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must possess the ability to interpret complex marketing, business, vendor, and performance information; prepare strategic reports, campaign analyses, presentations, recommendations, and executive-level correspondence; and communicate effectively with leadership, employees, vendors, customers, and community partners.
  • Mathematical Skills: Must possess the ability to analyze budgets, percentages, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, return on investment, revenue attribution, and other marketing and financial performance measures.
  • Reasoning Ability: Must possess the ability to evaluate complex marketing and business issues where established procedures may not provide a clear answer; compare alternative strategies; assess financial, operational, and brand implications; and independently select or recommend an appropriate course of action.
