Hanes Supply, Inc., a Buffalo-based industrial manufacturer of slings and lifting solutions, seeks a Marketing Manager to coordinate marketing projects for printed materials and the company website, and to lead campaigns and content across channels.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in graphics design/marketing/business and at least five years in marketing/graphic design, with strong leadership, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, HTML/CSS, and a strategic, results-driven mindset.

Hanes Supply offers a comprehensive and diverse product line to its customers including: rigging, fall protection, power tools, fasteners, hand tools, construction and safety equipment. Headquartered in Buffalo, NY, Hanes Supply has six other branches in the United States.

Position Summary:Responsible for coordinating marketing projects within the Company for printed materials and company websites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Observes all safety procedures, rules and regulations, and instruction in performance of job duties.
• Directs the development and execution of marketing communications initiatives including product launches, sales collateral, trade shows, campaigns, social media, company website, public relations, internal communication, regulatory communications and HSI events.
• Collaborates closely with sales, purchasing and the ecommerce team to gather project needs and specifications.
• Works with print vendors to establish quotes, production schedules, and delivery of materials to distribution vendor.
• Ensures new communication campaigns and programs are aligned with sales targets.
• Manages brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines.
• Actively leads, builds and manages the team to produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget.
• Determines project priority for internal and external marketing communications projects and manages professional relationships with outside vendors.
• Drives continual process improvements and implements best practices to manage projects efficiently.
• Assists associates with marketing co-op funding from third-party supply vendors.
• Uses AI tools to help create any Graphics or materials necessary.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong leadership, time management, project management and organizational skills are required.
• Marketing Communications experience in graphic design, marketing, or public relations is desired.
• Skills and experience in digital marketing such as SEO, paid-search and content marketing a plus.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
• Must be a self-starter, team player, manage time with little supervision, take initiative, criticism, and direction.
• Working knowledge and experience with web-based project management tools and collaboration technologies.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including lnDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD
• Working knowledge and experience with HTML/ CSS
• Must have strong attention to detail abilities and possess a keen sense of layout and composition, typography, and aesthetic coherence.

Level of Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design, Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing/marketing communications or graphic design is desired.
