Dental Support Organization (DSO) Experience Required

Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness across our dental offices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management and marketing analytics, along with proven experience in the DSO space.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support growth across our dental offices
  2. Create and manage digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing
  3. Collaborate with office managers and leadership to produce marketing materials such as brochures, videos, website updates, and social content
  4. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify areas of opportunity
  5. Track and report marketing campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize ROI
  6. Ensure brand consistency across all communications and channels
  7. Develop and manage the marketing budget
  8. Support recruiting events by coordinating promotional materials and giveaways
  9. Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with direct experience in a Dental Support Organization (DSO) required
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events
