We're looking for a creative, strategic, and relationship-focused Marketing Manager who is passionate about using marketing to make a meaningful difference. In this role, you'll lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, fundraising, donor engagement, and community support. What You'll Do
As CCRF's Marketing Manager, you'll serve as a key marketing partner to fundraising teams and help bring our mission to life through innovative campaigns and audience-focused marketing strategies.
Lead Marketing Channels & Community Engagement
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage content calendars, influencer partnerships, community engagement, and social platform performance.
- Oversee paid search, paid social, and digital advertising campaigns in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
- Support awareness-building initiatives through community activations, public service announcements, billboards, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
Drive Fundraising & Awareness Campaigns
- Partner with fundraising leaders to translate organizational priorities into effective marketing plans.
- Create targeted campaigns that support donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, and event participation.
- Identify opportunities for community engagement and audience growth through data, research, and market insights.
- Coordinate vendors, creative partners, and internal stakeholders to successfully execute campaigns from concept to completion.
Be a Strategic Marketing Partner
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing liaison for fundraising teams.
- Recommend audience-specific strategies based on donor behavior, campaign performance, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for cross-promotion and campaign amplification.
- Monitor campaign performance and evaluate results using key metrics, including engagement, conversions, ROI, and retention.
Create Compelling Marketing Materials
- Develop campaign concepts, creative briefs, donor communications, and fundraising assets.
- Ensure materials align with CCRF's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Support creation of collateral such as case statements, event materials, annual reports, advertising assets, and donor-facing communications.
What You'll Bring
Experience & Education
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, fundraising marketing, or related fields.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Nonprofit experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong background in integrated marketing, campaign development, and audience engagement.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Basic design, photography, videography, and video editing skills preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, analytics tools, or event marketing is a plus.

This is a hybrid position and will require the right candidate to be in our Bloomington office at least 40%.
Pay range: $100-$115k/year
