Oversee management of marketing communications and graphic design using familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, social media, and communication along with analytics of current campaigns. Work with vendors, such as marketing firms and agencies, promotional groups, graphic designers, printers, and industry associations to ensure timely completion of marketing projects. Communicate marketing initiatives, programs and promotions to leadership and market sector teams on a regular basis. Use analytical skills to identify and forecast trends and challenges. Manage and execute key client and market sector events. Support market-sector and lead-generation efforts. Create and manage marketing campaigns. Evaluate competitors and develop lessons learned and best practices in response. Identify and communicate key competitive advantages. Further develop the department regarding best practices, policies and procedures and performance standards in support of evolving company vision and goals. Effectively manage the production and content development of key company deliverables such as RFQs and RFPs. Manage department budgets and costs in support of goals, objectives, and needs. Manage at least one team member, with responsibility for the hiring, development, performance management, and engagement of that individual. Assist in other duties as assigned, relevant to the achievement of the positions and team’s objectives.
