Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this hands-on role supports digital marketing, social media, content creation, and leasing initiatives while linking corporate marketing with property teams. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects, traveling to properties to capture photo/video

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or real estate.
• Pennsylvania Real Estate License preferred; candidates willing to obtain within first year will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media planning and execution across the portfolio with calendars and campaigns.
• Coordinate photography, video, and 3D tour assets for marketing platforms.
• Oversee email and SMS marketing, content, scheduling, and audience targeting.
• Support leasing initiatives and site events, collaborating with property teams.
