Job summary

Miracle Hill Ministries is seeking a Thrift & Workforce Development Marketing Specialist to plan and execute marketing strategies across channels for Thrift Operations and Workforce Development programs. The role includes graphic design, copywriting, and campaign development, reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, social media, graphic design, or related communications.
• Strong copywriting and content-development skills.
• Experience creating and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
• Ability to take projects from concept through production with limited supervision.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to identify marketing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, develop, and implement promotions, advertising campaigns, and marketing strategies for Thrift and Workforce Development.
• Develop promotional campaigns and materials from concept through final production.
• Create graphic designs for digital advertising, signage, posters, print collateral, promotions, and other marketing needs.
• Write compelling copy for radio, television, print, digital, email, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Create and manage organic and paid social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Produce short-form video content, including Reels and live social media content.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond appropriately to comments and messages.
• Create, segment, and distribute monthly and quarterly email campaigns for Workforce Development programs.
• Maintain Miracle Hill brand standards across all marketing channels.
• Track campaign and social media performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Meet regularly with the Director of Marketing to review priorities and results.
• Meet regularly with Thrift and Workforce Development leadership to identify marketing needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on ministry-wide campaigns and initiatives.
