Job summary

The role leads development and execution of marketing strategies to grow the SBA, national lending, and Salaam business units, translating objectives into integrated campaigns that build awareness and generate qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in brand management, marketing, or digital marketing strategy execution.
• HubSpot experience required.
• Banking or financial industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for SBA, National Lending, and Salaam divisions.
• Maintain brand identity across all communication channels.
• Plan, manage and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• Create content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and multimedia assets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure brand alignment.
• Prepare executive-level performance reports and ROI analyses.
