Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist hourly

SwiftCap Advisors is a commercial real estate finance firm. We work with banks and private lenders to fund commercial real estate purchases and refinances.

We’re hiring a Marketing & Lead Gen Specialist to build and optimize our inbound and outbound funnels. You’ll create, test, and scale marketing campaigns that attract real estate investors, business owners, and developers who need CRE loans. This role blends creative and analytical work, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Run targeted lead gen campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Build high-converting landing pages, forms, CRM automations
  • Manage email drip campaigns and retargeting ads
  • Analyze ad and funnel performance, optimize for CPL and conversion rate
  • Support content strategy with ideas for posts, lead magnets, and landing pages
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to prioritize high-impact efforts

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation
  • Have experience running paid ads and building funnels that actually convert
  • Know how to write simple, compelling copy and use basic design tools (Canva, etc.)
  • Are familiar with Meta Ads Manager, and landing page tools (or can learn fast)
  • Love testing, iterating, and making things better every week
  • Are obsessed with driving results, not just posting pretty pictures
  • Experience with Mortgages or commercial real estate is a plus.
