D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Department by coordinating advertising across media channels, writing and layout, and working with agencies.

This role involves coordinating model openings and ensuring consistent brand materials for active and upcoming communities. Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager with layout, design, writing, and coordination of advertising across media channels.
• Coordinate marketing materials with ad agencies and sales reps; plan model openings.
• Communicate with departments to improve products and company image.
• Direct the design of flyers, direct mail, and marketing collateral with agencies.
• Oversee model homes, marketing for communities, and related advertising.
• Hire and manage vendors for model home openings.
• Travel overnight as needed.
