The right candidate will assist the Marketing Manager with supervising the Marketing Department, directing the design of marketing materials, and overseeing model home openings. Responsibilities include coordinating advertising and public relations with the ad agency for current communities, assisting with collateral design with the agency and Sales Representatives, and managing vendors for model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Marketing Supervisor for their Sales and Marketing Department. The right candidate will assist the Marketing Manager with the supervision of the Marketing Department. Direct the design of marketing materials and oversee the maintenance and opening of model homes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Communicate with various departments to improve products and company image
• Coordinate advertising and public relations with the ad agency for current communities
• Assist with the design of flyers, direct mail pieces, and other marketing collateral in coordination with the ad agency and Sales Representatives
• Coordinate the selection of model options
• Coordinate the compilation and completion of brochures, signage, and sales office
• Coordinate the maintenance of model homes, advertising, signage, brochures, public relations, and invoices
• Assist with the marketing of all active and upcoming communities and review marketing materials such as ad campaigns, press releases, website designs, e‑blast campaigns, logos, direct mail campaigns, etc.
• Hire and manage all vendors for model home openings
• Work closely with model merchandisers, landscape architects, and on‑site superintendents
• Oversee the maintenance of model homes after model opening, including overseeing model maintenance which includes the cleaning and landscape maintenance of the model complex
• Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises one or more employee in the Marketing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree from four‑year college or university
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training
• Proficiency with MS Office and email

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi‑task and attention to detail
