Job summary

Branch Group is seeking an Intern for a Summer 2027 program in Roanoke, VA. Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors in Marketing, Communications, or related fields are invited to apply for a structured learning environment with mentoring and hands-on experience in marketing and design.

You will join a fast-paced team, supporting campaigns, content creation, social media scheduling across major platforms, and market research to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, design, or related field and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign support, event planning, and brand development efforts.
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• May assist in updating the company website, as needed.
• Interact with multiple business units and departments with a wide range of assignments from the office to a construction site.
• During the final stages of the program, the intern will prepare a presentation outlining their experience at Branch and work with other interns across the company
