Job summary

Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. in Plainville, CT is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our Marketing team. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in content development, proposals, and external communications while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will update marketing materials, assist with client proposals and events, create social media content and website material, and conduct market research to help business development goals.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or graphic tools.

Responsibilities

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in Plainville, CT.

This internship provides hands-on experience supporting a wide range of marketing activities, including content development, proposal preparation, and external communications. Interns will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment that encourages creativity, initiative, and learning.

This is a paid internship.

This opportunity is ideal for students who are eager to gain real-world experience in marketing for a multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm.

What You’ll Do

• Update and develop marketing materials, including brochures, standard language, graphics, project profiles, experience sheets, and resumes.
• Prepare materials for proposals and client-facing events.
• Support creation of external communications, including social media content, videos, and website materials.
• Conduct client research, analyze AEC marketing trends, and support business development goals.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by supporting consistency and Marketing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.

Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr
