Job summary

Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in Plainville, CT.

This paid internship provides hands-on experience supporting a wide range of marketing activities, including content development, proposal preparation, and external communications. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that encourages creativity, initiative, and learning, with duties ranging from updating materials to supporting client events and social media

Qualifications

• Pursuing a junior, senior, or graduate degree in a related field.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or similar graphics tools.

Responsibilities

• Update and develop marketing materials including brochures, language, graphics, project profiles, experience sheets, and resumes.
• Prepare materials for proposals and client-facing events.
• Support creation of external communications including social media, videos, and website materials.
• Conduct client research, analyze AEC marketing trends, and support business development goals.
• Serve as brand ambassador by supporting consistency and marketing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.

What You’ll Do

• Update and develop marketing materials, including brochures, standard language, graphics, project profiles, experience sheets, and resumes.
• Prepare materials for proposals and client-facing events.
• Support creation of external communications, including social media content, videos, and website materials.
• Conduct client research, analyze AEC marketing trends, and support business development goals.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by supporting consistency and Marketing initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.

Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr
