Job summary

HDR is seeking motivated student team members to join our employee-owned culture in San Antonio, Texas. This temporary, full-time role provides hands-on exposure to our Water and Building Engineering services while you contribute to real-world projects under supervision.

You will bring attention to detail, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency. HDR values inclusion, collaboration, and a culture where every idea helps shape resilient communities.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
