Job summary

Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a Marketing Intern to support our Marketing team with social media and event planning. The role is based in Boston with a hybrid setup; candidates must reside in the New England area.

The ideal intern is current in college, highly organized, and eager to learn across marketing initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce/SurveyMonkey are a plus. Compensation includes hourly pay and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Interest in marketing initiatives and strategy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team on tight timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, and project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to create social and email marketing content.
• Assist with social and email marketing content scheduling and reporting.
• Assist with campaign audience creation/troubleshooting.
• Assist with Salesforce data cleanliness initiative.
• Assist with invoicing and reconciling of marketing receipts.
• Register employees and clients for events.
• Ship/receive event collateral and record collateral location.
• Review and compile firm description/logo information for associations and events.
• Assist with webinars, roundtables, conferences, and tradeshows.
• Support additional events projects and duties as needed.
