Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team in Boston on a hybrid basis. The role supports social media and event planning, requiring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach in a dynamic firm environment.

The position involves coordinating campaigns, assisting with webinars and conferences, and helping maintain data quality in Salesforce and other tools while contributing to a diverse marketing strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Interest in a wide spectrum of marketing initiatives and strategy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to closely collaborate with team on tight timelines.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize work assignments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, and project management tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with team to create social and email marketing content.
• Assist with social and email marketing content scheduling and reporting.
• Assist with campaign audience creation/troubleshooting.
• Assist with sales force data cleanliness initiative.
• Assist with invoicing and reconciling of marketing receipts.
• Register employees and clients for events.
• Ship/receive event collateral and record collateral location.
• Review and compile firm description/logo information for associations and events.
• Assist with webinars, roundtables, conferences, and tradeshows.
• Support additional events projects and duties as needed.
