Job summary

Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team in Boston with a hybrid work setup. You will help with social media and email marketing content, scheduling, and event planning to support campaigns.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in college, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines, and proficient with Microsoft Office. Salesforce and SurveyMonkey experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Interest in a wide spectrum of marketing initiatives and strategy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to closely collaborate with team on tight timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work assignments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, and project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to create social and email marketing content.
• Assist with social and email marketing content scheduling and reporting.
• Assist with campaign audience creation/troubleshooting.
• Assist with Salesforce data cleanliness initiative.
• Assist with invoicing and reconciling of marketing receipts.
• Register employees and clients for events.
• Ship/receive event collateral and record collateral location.
• Review and compile firm description/logo information for associations and events.
• Assist with webinars, roundtables, conferences, and tradeshows.
• Support additional events projects and duties as needed.
