Job summary

BSP Law is seeking a marketing intern in Troy, Michigan. You will assist the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing & Events Lead with social media, website updates, branding, events, and development of marketing materials.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across campaigns, content creation, research, and charitable initiatives while contributing to strategic plans and client-facing communications.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent writing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Must be a self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of the company website and social media.
• Coordinate and execute email-marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
• Coordinate internal, external, and virtual events, including hosted seminars and receptions, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and in-house meetings.
• Develop and execute yearly strategic marketing plans and campaigns in line with company objectives.
• Draft and review copy/marketing messages for accuracy and relevance to the audience.
• Create/design print ads, social media graphics, presentations, and additional marketing materials.
• Perform research on a variety of topics, including legal trends, technology, and more.
