Job summary

Xpert Security Consultants is seeking a creative Marketing Associate Intern to support marketing, branding, and business development efforts in the private security sector. You'll help develop content, manage social media, update the website, and assist with campaigns to increase brand awareness and recruit talent.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree or certificate (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Reliable internet access and a personal computer.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements.
• Help maintain and update the company website.
• Support recruiting campaigns by promoting career opportunities.
• Assist with email marketing and newsletter development.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Capture photos and videos at company events (when assigned).
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries as directed.
• Assist in developing promotional strategies for security services.
• Maintain organized marketing files and project documentation.
• Provide weekly updates on assigned projects.
