Pennock is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team in Minnesota. You’ll be in a fast-paced, learning-focused role supporting digital campaigns for DTC and CPG brands with a passion for fashion and lifestyle products.
You’ll work to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and propose growth strategies across multiple channels. This paid internship offers potential for full-time employment if the internship goes well.
Pennock is looking to add a Marketing Intern to the team!
Each day at Pennock is different from the previous one and we7re looking for a candidate who is excited by a fast-paced environment, wants to learn new things, and is fired up about working in Marketing for DTC and CPG brands.
You check your campaign's performance metrics multiple times per day. You are non-stop looking for ways to tweak and refine ad campaigns to drive stronger results. You crank through SOPs and checklists, ensuring you have the latest practices implemented in your campaigns. You understand the quantitative data behind digital marketing platforms, their machine learning, and how the algorithms work to drive action. You are constantly looking for ways to get into new betas and recommend channel expansion to your clients. You believe optimizing your work is just as important as optimizing campaigns. You understand the logic behind a good promotion and a good landing page. You like working with eCom and DTC brands. You love fashion, lifestyle products, and consumer brands.
You arent afraid of hitting monthly goals and managing KPIs. In fact, youre thrilled to be judged on your performance, knowing numbers dont lie! You enjoy the challenge of working with multiple clients and needing to be at the top of your game to prove you are the right specialist for their account.
