Job summary

Puff Media in New York is seeking a Marketing Intern who is creative, organized, social‑media savvy, and eager to work on real brand campaigns.

As an intern you will support campaigns across TikTok and Instagram, assist with content planning and copywriting, research creators, help with outreach, and coordinate activations and events. This in-person internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to live campaigns.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, fashion, or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Assist with social media content planning, posting, and copywriting
• Research creators, influencers, brands, trends, and partnership opportunities
• Support creator and talent outreach and coordination
• Assist with brand activations, events, livestreams, and campaign execution
• Help prepare campaign briefs, presentations, decks, and marketing materials
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support the team with day‑to‑day marketing and project coordination

Who We’re Looking For

• Current student, recent graduate, or early‑career candidate interested in marketing, media, communications, fashion, beauty, or entertainment
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
• Comfortable communicating with creators, brands, and external partners
• Interested in creator marketing, live commerce, events, fashion, beauty, and digital culture
• Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools are a plus
• Previous internship, marketing, social media, or content experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications:

• Entry‑Level Candidates: Stipend-based internship
• Candidates with Relevant Marketing / Social Media Experience: $20/hour

Final compensation structure will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, availability, and scope of responsibilities.
