Puff Media is a fast-growing TikTok Shop agency specializing in live commerce, creator partnerships, and brand activations. We partner with leading brands to execute high-impact TikTok LIVE campaigns and help them build lasting presence in the creator economy.

E-Commerce Operations Intern

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day TikTok Shop operations including product listings, campaign setup, and inventory tracking
• Assist with vendor coordination and logistics for LIVE events and brand activations
• Help manage host scheduling, briefing materials, and run-of-show documents
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns run on time
• Support client communication and follow-ups under the direction of the account team
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Genuinely curious about TikTok, live shopping, and the creator economy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Media Intern

What You Will Do

• Support content strategy and distribution across TikTok and other social platforms
• Assist with creator and host outreach, onboarding, and coordination
• Help track and analyze content performance metrics and compile reports
• Learn business development processes including client prospecting and proposal support
• Support client-facing communication and meeting preparation
• Assist with post-campaign recaps and asset organization

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive, you follow up without being asked
• Interest in learning BD strategy and client-facing work
