Job summary

Bloomily is seeking a marketing intern to help build our engagement across social channels and content programs. This on-site Irvine internship offers hands-on ownership of real marketing initiatives from day one.

You’ll craft posts, edit videos, support paid ads, and report on what drives performance. This paid, part-time role is ideal for students or recent grads aiming to grow into a coordinating position.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in marketing, communications, film, or related field.
• Show portfolio or links to content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
• Hands-on ads experience via class project, club, or side hustle is a plus.
• Comfortable using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Be organized, reliable and curious about content performance.
• Must be able to work from our Irvine, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Run LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels: plan, edit, post, engage.
• Film and edit short videos/photos with customers and at events.
• Turn customer stories into posts and ad creative.
• Assist with paid ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and report results.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and repurposing.

About Bloomily

Bloomily is software built for childcare programs: preschools, camps, after-school and enrichment programs, and community centers. Directors run their programs from our admin website, and staff use our iPad app, so everyone spends less time on paperwork and more time with kids. We're a small, fast-growing team in Irvine, and you'll work directly with our founder.

What you'll do

• Run our LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels day to day: plan, edit, post, and engage.
• Film and edit short videos and photos with our customers and at events like conferences.
• Turn customer stories into posts and ad creative.
• Help run and test our paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, and report on what's working.
• Use AI tools to create and repurpose content faster.

What we're looking for

• A student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
• You make content already. Show us your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or portfolio.
• Any hands-on ads experience is a big plus, including a class project, a club, or a side hustle.
• Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
