Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking a Marketing Intern for a part-time, hybrid role at our Addison, TX corporate office. You will support the Marketing team with day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives, including updates to product pages, FAQs, and asset management.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Marketing/Communications, familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva, and marketing automation tools. Some travel may be required, and the position runs through December 2026.

Qualifications

• Marketing, communications, or digital marketing enrollment in good standing at an accredited university; contract role through December 2026.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office skills; Canva and Marketing Automation tools are a plus.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Trade Show development of Inventory PDF.
• Develop FAQs for all product pages.
• Work with the Web Developer on updates.
• Review old resources and make lists of what needs to be updated.
• Coordinate and project manage updates with Dipti after guidance from Marketing Leader.
• Review SEO tools and provide summaries to marketing leaders.
• Assist with content changes and edits.
• Support Brandfolder (DAM) organization.
• Contribute to social media, email/newsletter, competitive research, analytics reporting, and event support.
