Job summary

EmployStats is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support campaigns, sponsorship coordination, content creation, and general admin. This part-time role focuses on helping smooth running of campaigns from our San Antonio office.

Ideal candidates are Spring/Summer 2027 graduates in Marketing or Communications, with hands-on experience in Salesforce, Canva, Excel, and Google Suite. The role offers an intern-to-hire path and up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Expected graduation Spring or Summer 2027 in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Canva.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Sponsorship Coordination: Find new sponsorship opportunities for the company to attend and assist with scheduling sponsorship table opportunities.
• Campaign & Content Creation: Create and schedule LinkedIn ads, campaigns, and posts.
• Website Support: Assist with website blog posts and other general website maintenance.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain marketing inventory.
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative support duties to keep team operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on experience with Salesforce and Canva, and a focus on supporting smooth campaigns and ongoing content.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Technical Proficiency

• Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
