Job summary

FIS invites university students to join the 2027 University Summer Internship Program in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on project work, mentorship, and exposure to fintech marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

As a participant, you will support planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns, craft marketing content, analyze performance data, and collaborate with sales, product and client success teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in relevant field of study.
• Rising Senior (graduating Dec 2027 – May 2028).
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and applying them to productivity.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and coordinate marketing content, including emails, social media posts, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and audience needs.
