Job summary

Planview is seeking a Marketing Intern (Customer) to join our Austin, Texas team for the summer of 2027. You will gain valuable, paid work experience while supporting valuable customer-focused campaigns, content, and communications.

The role involves conducting content audits, building customer communications, and creating webinar programs using Marketo, Zoom, and Salesforce. You will also learn to use an internal AI tool for data analysis alongside the Customer Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Open to students currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, or recent graduates.
• Must be available to work from the Austin office for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal content audits to support customer campaigns (blogs, website copy, case studies, videos).
• Assist with building customer communications (newsletters, emails).
• Create customer webinar programs using Marketo, Zoom, and Salesforce.
• Learn to use our internal AI tool to construct digestible data analysis for the Customer Marketing team.
