Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team and work alongside Directors in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. This paid internship helps you apply marketing concepts while serving guests and supporting events and promotions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing processes, social media planning, and in-store campaigns, with flexible scheduling to accommodate classes. You will help update displays, brainstorm captions, and participate in outreach that strengthens

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help to build and execute best-in-class Marketing processes, build sales, and participate in community outreach
• Participate in the planning and execution of special events
• Update marketing displays as needed
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and provide ideas for posts and captions on social media
• Assist in executing the marketing plan in the store and community
• Maintain vision alignment with the Owner/ Operators and the leadership team
• Assist with day-to-day business operations
