Job summary

Qualifications

• Active enrollment as undergraduate college student (Freshman–Senior).
• Cumulative GPA 2.8 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team across a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with planning and execution of marketing initiatives, events, and promotions including the branded community mobile truck.
• Draft clear recaps, summaries, and follow-up communications for internal teams and external partners.
• Help manage marketing materials and inventory, ensuring resources are organized and available.
• Assist with on-site support and troubleshoot minor issues during events or activations.
• Take meeting notes and track action items, supporting timely follow-up and execution.
• Create and update presentations and basic reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Collaborate with Social Media on content creation.
• Support marketing initiatives using the branded mobile truck.
