Qualifications

• Active enrollment in undergraduate college or university (Junior or Senior) pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Interest in retail, consumer products, merchandising, or understanding what drives customers to purchase.

Responsibilities

• Help gather, organize, and interpret data to support decisions related to assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze sales performance, trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Attend vendor meetings to observe supplier relationships and assist in preparing materials for discussions.
• Assist in planning and reviewing promotional activities to drive category growth.
• Present findings and recommendations in written or verbal formats; share data-driven insights with stakeholders.
• Own a special project during the internship to deliver real organizational impact.
