Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Marketing Intern for a 10-week program in one of our U.S. headquarters locations (Plano, Purchase, or Chicago).

You will develop high-impact marketing recommendations, gain hands-on experience, and present a strategic recommendation to senior leaders at internship end. You'll work with experienced marketing professionals, receive mentorship, and have opportunities to convert to full-time roles upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Preferred majors: Business or Marketing (Others will be considered).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0; please include on your resume.
• Location interests: Plano, Purchase, or Chicago.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Partner with agencies to develop brand positioning and communication plans.
• Analyze brand performance, consumer insights, and channel dynamics.
• Support development of communications plans for product launches and events.
• Contribute to concept development, graphics, and market research with cross-functional teams.
