Job summary

AgCountry Farm Credit Services, Farm Credit Services of America and Frontier Farm Credit are financial cooperatives that operate under shared management across eight states. As a Marketing Intern you will learn our strategy for brand, product, content and digital marketing in support of the Association’s business plans.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with business-to-business marketing, understand customer needs, and help align programs across channels to drive growth

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong desire to pursue a career involving sales, marketing and territory management
• Available for a 12-week internship during the summer

Responsibilities

• Learn about planning and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand image and customer experience
• Understand how brand marketing conveys our distinct value proposition
• Assist with targeted digital marketing campaigns reaching potential customers
• Create content guiding complex customer decisions and supporting our business model
• Assist in development and delivery of customer education experiences/events
• Observe brand health through market research and adjust programs for relevance
• Aid in researching customer experience and segmentation to optimize programs
• Assist with product advertising across print, broadcast, online and digital media
• Observe use case development and usability testing for prototypes
