Job summary

Boldt is seeking a Marketing Intern in Sacramento to support marketing initiatives, develop compelling content, and assist with graphic design across digital and print platforms.

You will contribute to brand storytelling and internal communications, collaborate on strategic marketing campaigns, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Mentorship and practical, real-world project exposure from day one are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university, preferably Marketing or Business Administration.
• Evidence of high academic achievement; leadership experience preferred.
• Passion to work in the construction industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make and maintain relationships via phone calls.

• Develop compelling content and campaigns alongside experienced marketing professionals.
• Assist with graphic design projects across digital and print platforms.
• Contribute to brand storytelling and internal communications efforts.
• Collaborate on strategic marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university, preferably majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Evidence of high academic achievement; current or prior elected leadership experience preferred.
• Passion and desire to work in the construction industry.
• Strong communication skills, including comfort with cold and warm phone calls to create and maintain relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Prior work experience or internship preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $25 to $27, adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and location.
