Springfield Clinic is offering a Marketing Intern role designed to support our Brand & Experience team in creating engaging social media content and campaigns. You will gain hands-on exposure to digital advertising, analytics, and campaign development while contributing to real-world marketing projects across platforms.

Ideal applicants are pursuing a degree in Marketing or related fields, with strong communication skills and a passion for social media, video content, and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, or Digital Media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and short-form video content.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Edits or similar tools preferred.
• Creative, organized, dependable and eager to learn.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in content shoots, creative brainstorming and campaign planning.
• Help monitor social media channels and support community engagement.

• Assist with tracking social media and campaign performance.
• Support additional digital marketing initiatives, including website, email, advertising and other projects as needed.
• Collaborate with members of the Brand & Experience team, including digital marketing, content, design and video production.
