Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Passion for content creation, storytelling, and emerging social media trends.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop social media posts, graphics, reels, and short-form videos that align with our brand voice.
• Assist in planning and maintaining content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Research industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activity to generate fresh content ideas.
• Write blogs, employee spotlights, culture stories, thought leadership content, and campaign copy.
• Support video production, editing, and content repurposing across multiple channels.
• Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and supports business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation (Primary Focus – 70%)

• Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop social media posts, graphics, reels, and short-form videos that align with our brand voice.
• Assist in planning and maintaining content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Research industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activity to generate fresh content ideas.
• Write blogs, employee spotlights, culture stories, thought leadership content, and campaign copy.
• Support video production, editing, and content repurposing across multiple channels.
• Ensure all content maintains brand consistency and supports business objectives.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Assist with scheduling and publishing content across key social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Help identify opportunities to grow audience reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Marketing & Brand Support

• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, events, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and develop compelling stories.
• Assist with website updates and maintaining marketing collateral.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Passion for content creation, storytelling, and emerging social media trends.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with a data-driven mindset.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute new ideas.
