Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Craftwork in Charlotte is seeking a proactive professional to own the brand in the real world—managing events, partnerships, and community moments that put Craftwork in front of homeowners and drive project wins.
You’ll be given a budget and real freedom to build: pitch partnerships, plan activations, run events, and measure results that matter. This isn’t a typical internship; you’re rewarded for outcomes, not hours.
Craftwork is building the premium brand in home services, backed by Y Combinator, Seven Seven Six, Slow Ventures, Forerunner Ventures, General Catalyst, and Lachy Groom.
We're hiring someone to own a piece of our brand in the real world: the events, partnerships, and community moments that put Craftwork in front of homeowners, make people talk about us, and ultimately lead to won projects.
This is not a typical internship. We're not hiring an intern to run errands for the marketing team. You get a budget and real freedom to go build. You pitch partnerships. You plan activations. You run the events. And when they work, you're compensated for the upside you create, not just the hours you put in.
This is for someone who'd rather own a result than complete a task list. If you want a resume line that says "helped with," this isn't it. If you want one that says "built and ran," we want to talk to you.
