Crystal Mountain is seeking a highly organized Marketing Specialist - Content & Insights to join our Marketing team in Enumclaw, WA. You’ll coordinate content calendars, pull analytics, and translate data into clear action for campaigns, audiences, and guest experiences.

Collaborate with Communications, Creative, Digital, and Sales to ensure content accuracy, measure performance, and drive decision-making. A strong curiosity, solid Excel skills, and 2+ years in marketing are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, Consumer Research, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, analytics, research, content operations, hospitality, tourism, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with multiple data sources.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with marketing analytics/reporting platforms preferred.
• Experience with website, CRM/email, social, paid-media, or customer-experience analytics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build a consistent picture of Marketing performance and develop dashboards.
• Coordinate content requirements across campaigns, events, and channels.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support CRM, email, and website analytics; help with audience analysis and segmentation.
• Maintain content calendar and organize assets for easy access.
