Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing strategies that drive measurable growth across multiple channels and A/B tests
  • Lead cross-functional campaigns and lifecycle programs that promote key revenue streams including:
  • Automatic renewals
  • Special renewals campaigns
  • Yearly maintenance/subscription fees
  • App engagement and push notification strategies
  • Write marketing campaigns that can function across multiple traffic channels (SMS, push notifications, web modals, etc)
  • Analyze performance metrics daily and use that data to fuel decisions and uncover hidden opportunities.
  • Identify bottlenecks in funnels and engineer solutions that increase conversions, retention, and customer LTV.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers, and analysts to test creative ideas and bring high-performing campaigns to life.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously—moving quickly, adjusting on the fly, and always pushing for better performance.
  • Stay plugged into the latest trends in growth marketing, digital advertising, and performance-driven strategies—and apply them in real time.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance marketing, ideally in subscription-based or financial publishing industries.
  • Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that directly impact engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and behavioral triggers.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data platforms, dashboards, and testing tools to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator; capable of leading initiatives across teams without needing a traditional hierarchy.
  • A hunger to experiment, optimize, and scale what works.
  • A passion for solving problems, understanding people, and building marketing systems that feel personal at scale.
