Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing and Growth Associate to drive customer acquisition and growth across multiple channels. The role involves processing payments, managing orders, and updating customer records in the store system while supporting the Sales Manager with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers and drive growth.
• Process current customer payments and order forms.
• Input and update customer information in the store system.
• Assist customers on showroom floor and route opportunities to Sales Manager.
• Maintain counters, showrooms, and merchandising per company guidelines.
• Lead regular mailing campaigns and support in other tasks as directed.
