Job summary

Arona Home Essentials seeks a Marketing and Growth Associate to expand the customer base and manage showroom activities. You will handle payments, process orders, and maintain customer records while delivering high service levels on the showroom floor.

The role emphasizes sales capability, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work with management on marketing initiatives. All associates comply with safety and DOT requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact.
• Professional appearance.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong showroom and telephone sales skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and dollying heavy merchandise.
• Pre-employment background check, drug test, agility test and DOT physical.
• Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers.
• Accept and process current customer payments.
• Process order forms and references.
• Input customer information into the store computer for new lease agreements.
• Update customer information and account status in the store's computer system.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and route them appropriately.
• File and maintain customer folders and records.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor.
• Direct customer opportunities to the Sales Manager as relates to sales and service.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counter.
• Assist in showroom maintenance, merchandising, and pricing.
• Maintain regular mailing campaigns.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
