JOB SUMMARY

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Create graphic art and visual content for our organization. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Demonstrated prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficiency with design software and basic digital imaging; willingness to expand technical skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, management, and internal clients. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and brand guidelines. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with occasional supervisor support. Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment and receptive to feedback. Portfolio or examples of design work (personal projects, coursework, or internship experience acceptable). Demonstrates a strong desire to learn technical printing processes and equipment operations under mentorship.

Preferred qualifications: Associate's Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred. 6-12 months of design experience (internship, freelance, or entry-level role). Familiarity with HTML5 and basic web design concepts. Experience in a marketing or creative industry role. Exposure to video editing or motion graphics software.

The work area is adequately lit, heated, and ventilated. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
