Shaker & Peel is seeking a part-time Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support a multi-concept restaurant group. This hybrid role in Trinity, FL blends creative design with digital marketing, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Collaborate with the marketing team on a steady stream of graphics, promotions, and campaigns across brands. You’ll design flyers, menus, digital ads, social graphics and emails, while assisting with Google Ads and ensuring branding consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Design flyers, menus, posters, table tents, digital ads, social media graphics, email graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns, including setup, updates, and monitoring.
• Resize and adapt materials for websites, social media, email, and ads.
• Support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Update design files and keep marketing materials current.
• Keep projects organized and on schedule with the marketing team.
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple restaurant concepts.
• Assist with other marketing projects as needed.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing team on an ongoing stream of creative and digital updates.

What You’ll Do

• Create graphics and marketing materials in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Design flyers, menus, posters, table tents, digital ads, social media graphics, email graphics, and other promotional materials
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns, including setting up, updating, and monitoring
• Resize and adapt creative for websites, social media, email, and digital advertising
• Support restaurant promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Update existing design files and marketing materials as needs change
• Help keep marketing projects organized and moving on schedule with the marketing team
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple restaurant concepts
• Assist with other marketing projects as needed

What You Bring

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Strong Canva experience
• Working knowledge of Google Ads
• Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for clean, professional creative
• Ability to manage multiple projects and brands at the same time
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Schedule, Location, and Pay

Hours: Approximately 5–20 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling (expected 10.0–30.0 hours per week).

Location: Hybrid remote in Trinity, FL 34655.

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour.
