Zippy, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is a fast-growing fintech that offers manufactured home loans and insurance. As a Marketing Generalist, you will shape how customers, partners, and employees experience the Zippy brand, working across product launches, lifecycle marketing, partner communications, social media, and website content.

This hands-on role requires 4+ years in marketing, excellent writing, multi-channel content experience, and comfort with fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or marketing communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Experience creating content across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, and sales collateral, with experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial services strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about new marketing technologies, including AI tools that improve efficiency without sacrificing quality, with strong preference for experience using Figma or other design tools, and managing websites and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, partner initiatives, and company growth.
• Develop clear, compelling content across email, web, social media, sales collateral, and customer communications.
• Support lifecycle marketing programs by developing content that educate customers and improve engagement throughout the lending journey.
• Create marketing materials (print & digital) that help our partners and sales team communicate Zippy's products and services.
• Leverage AI and emerging marketing tools to accelerate content creation, streamline marketing workflows, and increase the impact of marketing initiatives.
• Help manage Zippy's social media presence through thoughtful content planning and execution.
• Partner across Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to bring marketing initiatives to life.
