Job summary

Zippy, a Dallas-based fintech focused on manufactured home loans, is seeking a Marketing Generalist to shape how customers, partners, and employees experience the brand. You'll work across product launches, lifecycle marketing, partner communications, social media, website content, sales enablement, and brand storytelling to bring our marketing strategy to life.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or marketing communications.
• Excellent writing and editing skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Experience creating content across email, web, social, and sales collateral, with fintech/financial services preferred.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about marketing technologies and ability to leverage AI tools; familiarity with CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns that support product launches, partner initiatives, and company growth.
• Develop clear content across email, web, social media, sales collateral, and customer communications.
• Support lifecycle marketing programs by educating customers and improving engagement.
• Create marketing materials (print & digital) to help partners and sales communicate products.
• Leverage AI and emerging tools to accelerate content creation and workflows.
• Help manage Zippy's social media presence with content planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering to bring initiatives to life.
