Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Financial Analyst for Marketing on the Commercial Finance team. The role partners with Global Marketing and Product Creation to support planning, forecasting, accruals, monthly close, and AOP participation, delivering timely, accurate financial information to drive decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years FP&A experience, strong Excel, and experience with Oracle EBS, Business Objects, Domo or PBCS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years experience in corporate FP&A or related finance function.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports AOP development with bottoms-up plans aligned to strategic priorities.
• Connects Commercial Finance with business partners to provide timely, accurate financial information.
• Ensures balance sheet reconciliations, accrual calculations, and related accounting entries are completed on schedule.
• Builds and maintains dashboards for Marketing leadership with visibility into performance.
• Maintains forecast accuracy across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Performs overhead variance analysis, including fixed vs. variable costs.
• Submits weekly 13-week cash flow visibility for related areas (OpEx and CapEx).
• Provides cost-reduction alternatives and recommendations.
