Job summary

Authority Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Finance to bridge Finance and Marketing across our portfolio. This role owns end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the National Advertising Funds (NAF) of 14 brands, ensuring funds are tracked, classified, and deployed effectively.

You will partner with brand marketing leaders to evaluate spend, support data-driven decisions, and deliver monthly reporting packages to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end budgeting for NAF across 14 brands.
• Update forecasts monthly with revenue-driven inputs and planned spend.
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual analysis and explain variances.
• Evaluate spend effectiveness and ROI with marketing leadership.
• Oversee classification and integrity of fund P&Ls with Accounting.
• Deliver monthly NAF reporting packages to stakeholders.
• Support month-end close with accruals and reconciliations.
• Act as finance contact for marketing teams and drive process improvements.
