KENT Outdoors is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive day-to-day marketing execution, calendar management, proofing, and shoot logistics. You will coordinate with Sales, B2B, and Product to keep campaigns moving on schedule and error-free.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in marketing coordination, superb organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. This on-site role is based in Sandy, Utah, and offers opportunities to contribute across brands and creative teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Sharp eye for detail with strong proofreading and grammar.
• Experience coordinating logistics such as shoots, locations, and talent.
• Clear, proactive communicator who follows up without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing calendar and assign tasks with owners and due dates.
• Proof marketing materials for spelling, grammar, consistency, and accuracy.
• Coordinate shoot logistics including location, date, and talent.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to keep projects unblocked.
• Support across marketing, B2B, and product as needed.
