Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, marketing communications, or related experience.
• Experience developing marketing content and materials, not solely coordinating logistics.
• Experience supporting trade shows, customer events, product demonstrations, or facility visits.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage marketing projects from planning through execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with website CMS, email marketing, social media, CRM, or marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives aligned with company sales and business development objectives.
• Develop, write, edit, and coordinate marketing content, including brochures, product literature, presentations, case studies, newsletters, email communications, website content, social media posts, and other collateral.
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of sales enablement materials and product communications.
• Translate technical information into clear, accurate, and customer-facing content.
• Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, tone, and visuals.
• Plan and execute customer-facing events and demonstrations, including trade shows, conferences, product demonstrations, and facility tours.
• Manage marketing calendars, content plans, and project reporting.
• Coordinate vendor management, budgets, and inventory for marketing assets and demo equipment.
• Support operations and manufacturing teams with marketing and communications at the Allen facility.
• Assist with post-event follow-up and lead tracking.
